For all paid accounts you can create unlimited number of surveys. All surveys can be active at any point of time.
For Free Accounts there is a limit of 1 survey.
Are there any limits on the number of questions in a survey?
For all paid licenses, you can create unlimited questions within each survey.
With the Free Accounts, there is a limit of 10 questions for a survey.
